I'm currently on an extended medical leave from teaching due to a Parkinson's diagnosis - what Michael J. Fox has, and Robin Williams had. Sad huh... well, go back and sit some more !
Possibly in the Spring or Summer I may be open to a simple, small mindfulness meditation sitting group. At present, I'm seeing a few highly motivated individuals for Buddhist-based 1-on-1 counseling, and longer term practice-mentoring. Be very welcome to inquire further. cannot be fully lived.

Unwelcome Inheritances
we carry in from the past--
functions to close my heart
thereby narrows my world.
Yet 'Forgiveness' does not
mean condoning a harmful
action, or denying an
injustice done.

Forgiveness should never
be confused with being
passive toward violation
or abuse.
