This is all about understanding Understanding 'Better'. Buddhism calls this category "Right View / Right Understanding -- and the Resistances to ‘Getting It’ -- Hindrances that go along with it. Then what would I have ?  I’d have Nothing to K’Vetch about. I prefer the really difficult mental emotional wrangle tangle that pursuit of the real Truth offers us. Uncompromising. That’s a tough audience.-- but can be a genuine “COMPLETE” UNDERSTANDING using the 8-Fold Dharma Path as a grande resource tool: ( Booklist ) Briefly, in other better words, understanding better the actual working concept of the word 'Understanding' itself, and effectively having 'Better' - but not yet 'Best' - having good emotional Feelings, possibly as a result of better understanding / better communication. Having better body 'experiences', integrating better basic, positive thought-idea 'experiences' that are already "Bodhisattva" level of natural development afeta accompli --or almost there...

Small 'enlightenments' with the use of 'comprehension' / 'understanding' -- this could be understood better for your overall 'Good/Better' life-functioning and meditation, to one degree or another. 'Understanding' along with ignorance / not-knowing that there's a 'knowing' to be known -- and you not-knowing that you don’t know it. Almost NOT A CLUE ! Understanding is the key term that all Clarity swings on - so you gottta' have some teeny tiny 'understanding' of the operating principle of this whole arising and passing away 'experience' thing, somewhat first. Existence is presented 'Live' - a constantly, ever changing, emotional operatic dramatic flux, major feature -- or mostly just paralyzed -- here and gone, infatuation and heartbreak, gain and loss. Buddha talked a lot about "Loss" and "Impermanence" a lot. Really a lot. You really need to get this... then the basic discomfort of the emptiness of 'Empty' is better when there really is Nothing to stand on-- that's zen minimalism for ya'. Then there comes 'support' divinely in the form of Grace by the lessening of suffering and stress, a reduction because of the replacement approach to 'Letting Go' of semi-conscious primitive primal ideas of a vast, parenting, comforting, delusively solid stable 'Permanence' ( like a God ) - yet there is the Best of Understanding in our "Feeling Better" cache - and so to be Compassionately Kind and relatively Suffering Free. Self-healing and boundless benevolence to others -- spontaneously emerges.

Sure, It's ALL Relative, subjective and conditionally compromised from a Buddha's Absolute Enlightened point of view -- Life itself IS Relative. Existence itself is Relative. Feeling Better is relative for Better Livin' by the Living -- and "It" too is Relative. Death itself IS Relative -- 'cept there is no one around to verifiably, subjectively experience that relativity - tree falls in forest parable. The Mantra here at Laughing Buddha is "Let It Be" - "Let It Go" - "Let It Be" - "Let It Go" - "Let It Be" - "Let It Go" ---- strongly vocalized repeatedly every day or so, for just a few minutes, all strung together head to tail... in however the Ways that Spirits may apply ...Enjoy it Better while you've got it Good -- or Better. Buddhism suggests we all get into a better frame of mind about all this.

Well, that IS the 'What Is' of it – And,
you can’t really wait until the moment
is ideally right-- and so let's jump in -
and simply Meditate and Talk -  
It's really in the Deep Heart that we Heal -
It's not just words, it's a unique kind of
"wisdom conversation" we will be having. 

There's another thing -- HUMANITY: 
the precarious nature of the Human factor. 
Beyond the tenacious grip, often cruel grip,
clench of Denial, Excuses, Explanations,
Rationalizations, Justifications, 
and the quick to be so Critical --
is the presumptuous, insensitive 
"Judging-mind" -- well, you're 
just plain Hurting. And, of course, 
you've got some neglected healing. 
Together, we've gotta go in 'there' -
somewhat willingly in there' --
WITH a TOTAL STRANGER 
to do some Inner-Questing -- 
-- Together.
This is a TOGETHER thing
....and a STRANGER thing. 
And above all else -- 
a Safety and a Trust thing !
Going to see some 'Other'
for help is a very personal thing.
I respect that in you.
